QUESTS. It's an acronym, but let's first look at the definitions of the word "quest."

In our QUESTS retreats, you're searching for your specific calling, and we help you find it.
Now for the QUESTS acronym...
Q = 3 Big Questions:
1. Who am I?
2. What is my calling?
3. What difference will it make?
You answer question #1 through the remaining letters of the word QUESTS.
U = Unique Story (searching through your life to find the most fulfilling highlights)
E = Emotional Grid (your personality)
S = Skills & Abilities (what your good at doing)
T = True Heart Passions & Values (what moves you emotionally, spiritually, mentally)
S = Selfless Gifts (selfless, supportive and strengthening gifts that you were given to give away)
As Simon Sinek says, "Your why is the foundation of your house, and your strengths are what you use to build it."
